Orders are dispatched through Registered Post or trusted courier partners such as FedEx. These delivery methods are secure and require a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.
Books once sold are non-returnable. Replacement is available only in cases of manufacturing defects.
To request a replacement, please send a video clearly showing the manufacturing defect to our WhatsApp number: 9716836703. Postal charges for replacement will be borne by us.
If any ordered item is temporarily Out of Stock, our team will contact you on your registered mobile number. You may choose any of the following options:
If the replacement book costs less, the remaining amount will be refunded. If it costs more, you will be required to pay the balance amount. Bank details will be shared if required.
In case of order cancellation, refunds will be initiated within 4 business days after confirmation. If you do not receive the refund within 14 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
