Discount Policy

• Shipping Rs. 40 will be charged if the total cart value is less than Rs. 300/-
• Discount of 10% on orders between ₹301-800/-
• Discount of 15% on orders between ₹801-1,200/-
• Discount of 20% on orders between ₹1,201-1,800/-
• Discount of 25% on orders between ₹1,801-3,000/-
• Discount of 30% on orders between ₹3,001-21,000/-
• Discount of 35% on orders between ₹21,001-65,000/-
• Discount of 38% on orders of ₹65,001/- and above.

Shipping & Delivery

We send packages via registered post or courier service (FedEx). These methods are secure and require a signature at the other end. Please make sure there is someone available to collect your order and sign for it.

Refunds and Returns

Books once sold are non-returnable. Replacement is available only in case of any manufacturing defect, please share a video of the manufacturing defect on our WhatsApp number 9716836703. (Postal charges will be borne by us)

If an item is “out of stock” you will be notified via a call on your registered mobile number. You can if you choose to cancel the order or wait for the books to be back in stock under these circumstances. You can also order some other book, in case of lesser value, the difference will be refunded, in case of higher value, you will have to deposit the difference in our bank account (bank details will be provided to you). In the case of cancellation, the refund will be initiated within 4 business days of your cancellation confirmation. If you have not received a refund within 14 business days, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
